Howdy yall! This is the first entry on my blog. I'd like to distinguish this from a simple status due to the fact that I can type so much more here. I'm writing for my website! Right now, nothing's interesting because I'm at the break room at work. The thing is, when I get home at night tonight, I have to cook or do something special for my mom later tonight, since it's her birthday... how unfair that they scheduled me for a double today! That, on top of the other necessities, means that this week will be incredibly busy; pretty much the same as last week. Progress is slow, but it is progress.

I brought my laptop to the bar last night just so I could work on my stuff. I think I'll try to make it a habit, but it IS quite bulky and scary to lug around everywhere. What if I drop it? It was storming extremely hard last night, so I took care to keep it dry in my tote bag. I might need to bring my book bag instead.

This might actually be the first time I get to unironically say, "Thank you for reading my blog".
